COVID-19 Update


Staff work arrangements have been adjusted as part of our Business Continuity Planning for COVID-19. This means all Australian support staff are working remotely and will not be impacted by any further changes or mandates. As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure all of our services are operating and maintained to our standards, Panthur will be migrating your services to the new, state of the art Equinix SY5 Data Centre.

This migration will commence at 03:45am AEST, and is estimated to take up to 4 hours to complete.

Our teams always endeavour to minimise disruption to our customers. We do anticipate that your service will be offline for up to 4 hours during the maintenance period, however our teams will be working hard to get you up and running as soon as possible.

Additionally, the IP address of your service will remain the same - so you will not be required to make any changes.

Monitoring - The server has been successfully rebooted and a database consistency check is currently running.

We are continuing to closely monitor this server in the usual manner.

Identified - The server vmcp25.web-servers.com.au has an issue with the database and will be rebooted shortly to clear any outstanding database connections.

We will run a database consistency check once the reboot is completed.

Investigating - Be advised our internal monitoring has indicated that the Shared Hosting server vmcp25.web-servers.com.au is unavailable.

This may be impacting access to your website, email services, ftp services and access to the cPanel control panel.

We are working to resolve this with top priority and will provide an update in 60 minutes, or if there is a significant change in the situation.
